veda (4).jpg

Based on ancestral yoga texts

By Vedasara das trained in the ancestral wisdom of yoga in an Indian monastery from age 5

In this retreat Vedasara das will share with us the wisdom and tools to develop  deep, authentic, nurturing, mindful Relationships with ourselves, others, and the divine.

These workshop offer us various tools that will invite us to a pilgrimage to our hearts to:

Cultivate  self compassion and kindness to love yourself and others

Develop mindful relationships with yourself, others and the divine

Invite love, gratitude, joy, peace and balance in your life.

Transform your relationships dynamic

Connect with others on a deeper level

Whether it's your relationship with your colleagues, your friends, your loved ones, your children , your spouse, or yourself, those ancient yoga tools, put into practice, will change your life.

 In this retreat.

Professor Cozolino of the University of Pepperdine in the USA, is famous worlwide for his researches, he insists on the positive impact of human relations;

“Of all the experiences we need to survive and thrive, it is the experience of relating to others that is the most meaningful and important”.

The relatively new field of interpersonal   neurobiology assumes that human beings are best understood not in isolation, but in the context of their relationships with others. Our brain is a social organ, which means we are wired to connect with each other and to interact in groups. Neurobiology research also  shows that a life that maximizes social interaction and human contact is very beneficial   for the brain at any age.

Additionally, the field of social neuroscience has grown tremendously, we now know that people who have more social support tend to have better mental health, better cardiovascular health, better immunological functioning, and better cognitive performance.

The famous and longest study from Harvard Medical School   was one of the first studies to reveal how loving, stable, lasting and nurturing human relationships lead to better health, greater satisfaction in life and greater longevity over time.

How we connect and stay connected to others is central to our resilience, self-esteem, and physical, emotional, mental, and physical health.

The support we receive from others is incredibly powerful and therefore our retreat's purpose is to inspire and create heart-to-heart connections free of judgement, and nurturing mindful relationships.

Theodhora

The teachings given by Vedasara are keys to life, which I use on a daily basis and which allow me to transform my life and my relationships, to live in harmony with myself, others and the events that come my way.

During this retreat, I loved the sincere sharing of the participants because we learn a lot from the experience and experience of others.

And, I also love to share, because I really felt listened to, understood and supported, in common benevolence and non-judgment.

My favorite moments were the evening kirtans. Real moments of joy and euphoria.

And with the restaurant's vegetarian cuisine, as well as Radhadesh's temple and unique decor, I truly felt transported to India.

Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.
