CHITTA SHUDDHI
Welcome !
Join us for this powerful
5 days retreat on spiritual cleansing of the subconscious mind based on ancient yoga techniques
Saturday 24th to Wednesday 28th
September 2022
WITH VEDASARA DAS
At the Retreat Center of the Château de Petite Somme
in Durbuy - Belgium
What if all the decisions and thoughts that assail you were not only the fruit of your conscious personality ?
What if, deep inside you, well hidden , even repressed, your subconscious mind was distilling almost imperceptible signals that could influence your behaviors.
The subconscious word literally means "from elsewhere". It is difficult to access, but it has the capacity to influence our lives, our emotions, our actons and our feelings. You have to imagine the subconscious as a data bank with unlimited capacity, it is being filled since your birth or even before, even during the gestational period of pregnancy, it stores also everything that you are not able to perceive or manage, or everything that you have forgotten such as a look, an emotion, a trauma, habits, beliefs, etc...
The Chitta is not a simple passive repository of memories, unresolved emotions or traumas because it actively influences our perception at every moment and it controls our reactions. This mind complex keeps us away from our pure consciousness and clouds our existence. This technique of Chitta Shuddhi allows us to observe and understand how our perception of new impressions gives rise to instinctive or primitive impulses which create various emotional states.
Dramatic experiences cannot be erased with a snap of fingers, one cannot erase everything to start over, but once can become aware of the impacts and issues related to one's subconscious in order to become closer to one's true SELF and free from the dictates of past experiences.
Behind the understanding of the functionning of the subconscious mind lies the importance of channeling unwanted thoughts and habits. These thoughts are present, they are expressed but they must not take over, they must be reduced as couscious experiences to complete this data base with positive emotions, thoughts and virtues.
It is indeed possible to free oneself by understanding one's subconscious. Becoming aware of our habits and intrinsic motivations in a non -judgmental and benevolent way, to start making positive, healthy and lasting changes.
Understanding our subconscious is an essential lever to free our energy. Suddenly, everything takes on a meaning and logic that can be understood such as limiting beliefs, character traits, will power, motivations, world view. The subconscious catalyzes a life of experiences and influences our behavior. Once we understand how tu use a map to move forward, the journey becomes smoother and faster, which is what the teachings of this retreat will teach us.
Chitta Shuddhi, is a process of purification of our consciousness. It allows us to free our hearts from the mental constraints imposed on us by past traumas etc. Thus we can move forward freely in our lives in full consciousness as our authentic self.
This spiritual retreat will be animated by Vedasara das, during his exceptional visit to Belgium. Vedasara invites us on a pilgrimage to our heart and will share with us the practices and tools necessary to achieve a true and lasting balance. A balance that we will experience and anchor during these five days of the retreat.
"Chitta Shuddhi Deep Healing Retreat"
Connect with your deepest blockages and move closer to your heart.
These workshops offer us various tools that will direct us to our authentic self through very simple straightforward practices coming directly from the yoga texts.
The subconscious mind is the attic of our emotions and traumas that govern limiting beliefs, character, will, motivations, worldview, etc...
It is therefore essential to clear out the subconscious mind from anything unwanted.
"It is necessary to heal before growing"

Very nice and inspiring retreat, It's been a unique experience with Vedasara das.
I learned a lot about myself, which enlightens and guides me in my inner work.
The teachings given by Vedasara are keys to life, which I use on a daily basis and which allow me to transform my life and my relationships, to live in harmony with myself, others and the events that come my way.
During this retreat, I loved the sincere sharing of the participants because we learn a lot from the experience and experience of others.
And, I also love to share, because I really felt listened to, understood and supported, in common benevolence and non-judgment.
My favorite moments were the evening kirtans. Real moments of joy and euphoria.
And with the restaurant's vegetarian cuisine, as well as Radhadesh's temple and unique decor, I truly felt transported to India.
Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.
